Return & Refund Policy

At Hobeefy, every product is handmade with love and care. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hobeefy@gmail.com with:
• A clear uncut unboxing video
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Order details

Please note:
• Claims without an uncut unboxing video will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
• Slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of the products and are not considered defects.
• Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, Hobeefy may provide:
• A replacement
• An exchange
• Or a refund depending on the situation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
